SICS Global provides overseas education counselling, career guidance, visa assistance, iris analysis, and international job placement services. We act as consultants and facilitators — final admission and visa decisions rest with universities and immigration authorities.
3. Fees & Payments
Service fees are communicated clearly before engagement. Initial counselling is free. Refunds, where applicable, are processed per our refund policy communicated at the time of service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Misrepresentation may result in visa refusal and termination of services without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
SICS Global is not liable for visa refusals, university rejections, or employer decisions beyond our control. We commit to best-effort representation based on our expertise.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
